Highway 139 Bridge

This single span bridge was a government project for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The bridge abutments were poured in place and pre-stressed beams were installed to make up the superstructure. Gilbank crews completed the poured in place concrete deck, railing and additonal required components to complete this project.

Scot Forge 100-Ton Machine Foundation and Industrial Plant

All work on this concrete foundation for the new 100-ton forging press was completed with Gilbank crews and equipment. The concrete foundation, which extended 15’ below grade, created many access and dewatering problems as well as safety concerns. The foundation installation was completed before constructing the 50,000 square foot plant addition.

Freedom Graphics Warehouse
August 2007 to March 2008

The $3.1 million Freedom Graphics warehouse and production facility is a 132,000 square foot metal building with cast on site wall panels. The building includes 5,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of production space, 107,000 square feet of warehouse space and 10 loading docks. 28% of the work was self preformed by Gilbank Construction, Inc.
