This 22,000 sf residential care facility is owned by Beloit Memorial Hospital. Construction included completely furnished living quarters as well as a commercial kitchen, dining hall, exercise room. It also included common space and services to accommodate all of the resident's needs without leaving the facility.

This distinctive, 4000 sf home is one of several custom homes designed and built for Russ and Betty Hovde. The luxury home has a sunken family room with 2 story vaulted ceilings throughout the main level, an exposed hallway on the second level overlooking the breezeway, masonry fireplace and a full 3 car garage. All custom millwork, cabinetry and specialty woodwork was completed by Gilbank crews.

This 14,000 square foot, multimillion dollar equestrian stable includes tack rooms, laundry, hay storage and lounge areas. Featuring stained solid oak walls and polished block walls at the stall partitions, the corridors are equipped with an in-floor heating system, covered with rubber pavers. The office and lounge area boasts a lofted ceiling, exposed timbers and a complete kitchen and bar area. All carpentry work on this facility was completed by Gilbank crews.
